Mr. Qu has over 18 years of working and management experience, including 11 years of professional consulting and banking experience.

Mr. Qu is currently the Partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China's Financial Services Competence Center. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was Vice President and Director of several leading international consulting firms（Capgemini, BearingPoint, Stern Stewart & Co, PwC）from 1998 to 2008.

Mr.Qu has been involved in projects in wealth management strategy and business model design, banking customer and product profitability model design, SAP system implementation, banking analytical CRM and SAS data mining for segmentation and marketing strategy. He is also well-known for VBM and EVA implementations in the banking and other industry sectors.

Mr. Qu is also an expert on banking planning and budgeting, as well as finance management. Mr.Qu has worked with SASAC on how to apply EVA to SOEs and published an EVA book together with SASAC entitled "The Road of SOEs Value Creation".
