Mission

Traditional telecom and emerging information industries have been expanding quickly in the high technology industry. Meanwhile, key technologies continually make breakthroughs. Through the process, the telecom and high-technology industry have presented features and characteristics such as the continuous integration of industry chain, the unstopping derivation of new industry and the continuous change of market opportunity. For traditionally leading enterprises, the rapidly changing industry environment is like a double-edged sword; business opportunities are created, but traditional advantages are also lost at an accelerated rate. Thus considered, traditional leading enterprises make it their core strategy to synergize existing competitive advantages and core competence, as well as seizing as quickly as possible the latest market opportunities.

Although newly-born enterprises are able to rapidly develop their acute sense of the latest business opportunities, it is inevitable that they deal strategically with how to get through fierce competition and how to build strong core competency.
