Interview Procedure

The interview process includes 3 rounds with each round consisting of 1 or 2 interviews. Interview results from each round will be released within one week. Offer decisions will be made following the final interview.

In the first round, the candidate will meet for about 45 minutes with one of our consultants for a general talk.

The second round includes two case analyses wherein the candidate is required to analyze and solve problems.
Some common topics, among others, that the case analyses might cover are:

1. Market entry
2. Pricing
3. Cost cutting
4. Market size
5. Increasing sales

Each case study analysis will take about 45 minutes.

In the third round the candidate will meet our Partners for a "face-to-face" talk, which lasts about 30 minutes.
