Recent graduates

Recent graduates (undergraduate, post-graduate and Ph. D students) are welcome to apply for positions as Junior Consultant.

Our campus recruiting season begins each year in October and ends in December. We will be making company presentations at top universities in Shanghai and Beijing. During the presentation, the speaker will offer a brief introduction of the company, its scope of business, and our recruiting process. Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation. We will contact suitable candidates within two weeks following the application deadline. Each candidate is required to complete 3 rounds of interviews and qualified candidates will receive our offer letter soon after they finish the final interview. The entire process lasts 3-4 weeks.
