Summer Associate Program

Our Summer Associate Program is tailored to first-year MBA students. Our candidates will be selected from top Business School from around the world. The program lasts for 8-12 weeks beginning in May and ending in August.

We are open to receiving Summer Associate applications from January to April each year.

Interested students should send their application packages to our HR department.The application package should include:

- Cover letter in English
- Resume in English and in Chinese
- MBA study Transcript
- A recent photo

Within two weeks following reciept of your application, we will invite suitable candidates to attend 2 interviews (one general talk and one case interivew) and make an offer decision within one week following the final interview. Telephone interviews are possible for overseas candidates.

An evaluation conducted at the end of each candidate’s assignment will form the basis for decisions regarding offers of permanent employment.
