Mr. Charles-Edouard Bouée has over 19 years of professional consulting and banking experience.

He is currently the Asia President, Greater China President & Managing Partner of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China. Mr. Bouée joined the company as Senior Partner in the Paris Office, where he headed the Financial Services and Utility and Energy Competence Centers, as well as the firm's Private Equity activities.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was Vice President of another leading strategy consulting firm from 1997 to 2001. He started his career at Société Générale as an investment banker (M&A and Investment) in Paris and London. He has been involved in projects in Europe, the Middle-East, the Americas and Asia working on Strategy, M&A and large scale performance improvement programs.

He also serves as an investment committee member for a $300 million fund investing in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe
