Ms. Peng is Principal of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China. She has over 15 years of professional experience, focusing mainly on banking, insurance, securities and other financial services sectors. Prior to Roland Berger, she has spent years with another leading global strategy consultancy and Bank of China. Ms. Peng has led the team to help Chinese and foreign financial institutions on various topics, including growth strategy design (including IPO strategy) and implementation support, corporate governance, organization/process design, cost control and strategic purchasing. Ms. Peng has also helped private equity clients to conduct pre-investment due diligence and post investment integrations.
