Mr. Kang Yan is responsible for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China's Financial Services Competence Center and Healthcare Competence Center.

Before joining Roland Berger, he was a Principal at the Monitor Group. His previous roles in consulting include Director of Energy and VBM business at Capgemini, General Manager of Stern Stewart China, and General Manager of Bexcel Management Consultants in Beijing. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Business Planning Manager at Royal Dutch/Shell in China.

Mr. Kang is an experienced consultant in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, with in-depth expertise in the functional areas of strategy, branding and marketing, as well as value-based management.
