Prior to joining Roland Berger, Mr. Ke worked as a Senior Project Manager at a global leading international management-consulting firm in China and Europe. In addition to serving many leading industry players on a variety of strategic, operational, and management topics, Mr. Ke played a crucial role in helping a leading airlines define its turnaround strategy and implement revenue boosting and cost cutting strategies—ultimately achieving lasting results. Mr. Ke regularly partnered up with leading logistics players to define winning corporate strategies and achieve set targets. Mr. Ke also served corporate clients and PEs to screen potential acquisition targets and conduct commercial due diligence. His rich expertise and project experience covers corporate strategy design and implementation, M&A, marketing and sales management, cost contral, strategic sourcing, organizational structure and process reengineering.
