Mr. Olivier Coispeau has over 20 years of investment banking and consulting experience.
Mr. Olivier Coispeau is in charge of the Corporate Finance Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China. Prior to Roland Berger, Mr. Coispeau worked as an investment banker for JP Morgan, Credit Lyonnais in the context of its rescue plan and Schroders.
He also started and headed the French arm of Antfactory, a one billion dollar PE fund before heading Maverlinn Corporate Finance in London. He specializes in M&A and financial engineering for complex business development or restructuring operations.
Mr. Coispeau has initiated and led numerous transactions in Europe, Asia and the USA for industry leaders, PE funds and governments. He has led successful missions in numerous industries including technology, transportation, energy and finance.
