Experience
Mr. Olivier Coispeau has over 20 years of investment banking and consulting experience. Mr. Olivier Coispeau is in charge of the Corporate Finance Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China and one of the leaders of the financial institutions practice in Greater China.
Prior to Roland Berger, Mr. Coispeau worked as an investment banker for JP Morgan, Crédit Lyonnais in the context of its rescue plan and Schroders.
Before heading Maverlinn Corporate Finance in London, Mr. Coispeau started and headed the one billion dollar PE fund of French arm of Antfactory.
Having led successful missions in numerous industries including financial institutions, technology, transportation and energy, Mr. Coispeau specializes in mergers & acquisitions, industrial investment strategy and financial engineering for complex business development or restructuring operations. Mr. Coispeau has initiated and led numerous transactions across Europe, Asia and the United States for both industry leaders and governments.
