Mr. Shen is leading the Automotive Competence Center (ACC) at Roland Berger Greater China. He has served many leading MNC/local companies in automotive industry, including GM, VW, Fiat, Hyundai, Audi, MB, IVECO, SAIC and DFM, etc., covering a wide range of topics.

Mr. Shen has in-depth knowledge and expertise in the functional areas of corporate strategy, merger & acquisitions, operational benchmark, organizational restructuring and sales & marketing management (especially on branding, channel optimization, pricing and new product launch), etc.
