Mr. Watson Liu has over 17 years of professional consulting and management experience. He is currently a global Partner & Vice President of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China. He leads the Energy, Utilities & Chemicals Competence Center of Roland Berger Greater China.

Mr. Liu built his extensive consulting experience as Senior Director of one leading international management consulting firm, Manager of one leading international strategy consulting firm and General Manager of one boutique firm specialized in operations management consulting in China.

His previous roles in industry include Planning Specialist of Procter & Gamble (U.K.), Operations Planning Director of DHL (North Asia) and Planning Manager of Siemens (China).

Mr. Liu has rich consulting experiences serving leading Chinese state-owned enterprises, private companies and multinational companies in Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Logistics industries. He also has in-depth expertise in the functional areas of Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Organization & Governance, Post Merger Integration, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.
