Experience

Mr. Wu Qi has 16 years of consulting experience and 4 years of financial industry expertise. He joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China in 1995 after working in two large investment companies. He is now in charge of the Transportation, Logistics and Tourism Competence Center. In addition, he is heading the functional practices of strategic branding, corporate finance and supply chain management in Greater China.

During his consulting career, Wu has spearheaded a broad range of projects in aviation, shipping, logistics, tourism, finance, durable consumer goods, equipment, IT, trade, government industries and development strategy, organization management, sales and marketing (especially brand strategy), post M&A integration, globalization and international M&A. Wu’s extensive list of positive references shows his successful track record in creating strong development and reform strategies for China's large state-owned enterprises (SOE).
