Ms. Yi has 10 years of management consulting experience. She joined Roland Berger in 2001 and while her industry focus is engineering and high-tech products, Yi also supports coordination assignments for leading Chinese state-owned enterprises and restructuring projects for Chinese and German enterprises.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Yi had worked for one in year in Germany at a well-known international strategy consultancy. With rich expertise and experience in steel, energy, commodities and machinery , transmission & distribution equipment industries, Yi also has extensive experience and unique insights in the functional areas of corporate strategy, organizational reengineering, post-merger integration and sales and marketing.
