Experience

Mr. Chen Tao has over 12 years of professional consulting and management experience.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Chen worked for a leading international consulting firm as its CST leader of Telecom industry and core member of Asia Pacific Hi Tech and Telecom practice.

Having served in many leading companies in the InfoCom industry, Chen has in-depth expertise in the functional areas of strategy development, operation management and marketing. Additionally, Chen also has rich experience in serving government, public service institutions and private companies covering topics in corporate strategy, regional/city planning, industry planning, organizational restructuring and marketing/branding.

Chen now leads the InfoCom Competence Center for Roland Berger Greater China and is responsible for the media, government and public service businesses. He also leads the youth entrepreneur camp for private companies in Greater China.
