Prior to Roland Berger, Mr. Kao worked for the strategy and operation practice of two international strategy consulting firms and also worked for the leading food and beverage company, in which he was Senior Vice President responsible for corporate and business planning.
Mr. Kao’s rich project experience covers corporate and business strategy, growth strategy, market entry, customer strategy, sales and marketing, enterprise governance in FMCG, consumer electronics, retail, financial services, life insurance, publishing, automotive and semiconductors.
