Experience

Mr. Ding has over 18 years of professional consulting and management experience and is currently the Partner and Vice President of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China. His previous professional experience includes being a principal and senior manager of leading international consulting firms and CEO of Pharm2B.com. As a seasoned consultant, he has served state-owned enterprises, private companies, multinationals and governments in both China and North America. His past project experience covers corporate strategy, sales and marketing, governance and industry cluster development. Ding currently co-leads the Consumer Goods and Retail (CGR) and InfoCom Competence Center for Roland Berger Greater China and is also responsible for the government businesses. His functional interests are growth strategy, sales and marketing, corporate transformation, sustainability and regional economic development.
