Experience

Mr. Ding has over 15 years of professional consulting and management experience. He is currently a global partner and vice president of Roland Berger Greater China.

His previous professional experience includes being a principal at Monitor Group, senior manager at A.T. Kearney and CEO at Pharm2B.com. As a seasoned consultant, he has served state-owned enterprises, private companies, multinationals and governments in both China and North America. His past project experience covers corporate strategy, sales and marketing, governance and industry cluster development.

Mr. Ding currently leads the Infocom Competence Center for Roland Berger Greater China and is also responsible for the real estate and government businesses. His functional interests are growth strategy, sales and marketing, corporate transformation, sustainability and regional economic development.
