Experience

Mr. Chang has over 8 years experience in management consulting and 10 years experience leading a variety of sectors at the corporate level.

Chang is currently the Partner and Vice President of Roland Berger Greater China and has held several successful managing positions at leading international consultancies in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Frankfurt. During his time abroad, Chang served as co-leader for the Healthcare Practice in China, one of the first in the nation.

Although Chang has rich consulting experience in the areas of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, restructuring and operations excellence, he broadened his range of expertise when he served as the Director of Strategy for Asia Pacific and Executive Council member for Greater China for a leading luxury goods company. Mr. Chang's industry focus is pharmaceuticals and healthcare, restructuring and operations excellence.
