Partner

As a Partner, you will have a direct stake in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Our Partners are seasoned consultants who have demonstrated exceptional intellectual, organizational, client management, and leadership skills.

As an experienced Partner, you will hold global responsibility for a Competence Center, or manage an office or national operations.

Together with your Principal(s), you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a number of projects at the top-management level. You will represent your Competence Center both internally and externally, functioning as a Roland Berger ambassador in the business community. Mentoring and building up your team is one of your key tasks.
