Telemarketing breaks the plight of auto insurance sales in China

The rapid development of China's automobile industry has resulted in the high growth of auto insurance business for the insurance companies. However, the similarized products and highly fragmented intermediary market have impeded the insurance companies to reap profits from this highly potential sector. The key factor is the lack of channels which allow face-to-face communications with the customers. There is an urgent need for China's auto insurance companies to revamp its sales channels. This article has put forward some suggestions for Chinese insurance companies to promote its auto insurance telemarketing through channel reform.
