Summer Associate

The Roland Berger Summer Associate program offers you a unique opportunity to spend your summer break working as a fully integrated member of a project team, alongside other Roland Berger consultants. Assignments last anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks and may involve working with a number of different project teams, depending on the individual project lifecycles.

This tailor-made program brings together Roland Berger Summer Associates from around the world and provides insights into key consulting skills. For the duration of your assignment, you will have a designated mentor who will be available to give you both professional and personal advice.

An evaluation conducted at the end of the assignment will form the basis for decisions regarding offers of permanent employment. We have a number of positions available at our offices around the world, and we will take your preferences as to location and industry into account whenever possible.

Summer Associates will be expected to have the leadership skills and energy needed to take on a leading role in small client projects, or to take on responsibility for the delivery of a specific module within a larger project. Successful candidates will thus have the chance to rapidly increase their project management skills, both on client-facing and internal team management fronts.
