Evaluation

Your Project Manager will evaluate your performance after each project. Likewise, you can give your Project Manager a bottom-up evaluation. Although we have standardized forms for evaluations, project evaluations usually take place in the form of an open, face-to-face feedback session. You will also find that your project team members provide continuous feedback on your work throughout the project, in an atmosphere of trust and respect.

Twice a year, your mentor will present your case to the evaluation committee, which will evaluate your performance and reward your progress with a promotion and a salary increase.
